Jerome Thorstenson is a seasoned Identity & Access Management Architect with over 20 years of experience in cybersecurity, IT systems design, and digital privacy. Currently at Salling Group, he leads the strategic IAM roadmap and successfully migrated the organization from FIM and Omada to SailPoint Identity Security Cloud. He has implemented role-based access workflows, advanced system integrations using C# and PowerShell, and automated compliance controls. Jerome brings deep technical expertise and a practical mindset to building secure, scalable IAM solutions, with a strong focus on audit readiness, operational efficiency, and risk reduction.
