Mirko J. Helbling, M.Sc., MBA, CAS, has been professionally involved in various areas of computer science, with a particular focus on cybersecurity, since completing his vocational training. He also teaches in the postgraduate program in Cybersecurity & Privacy at the TEKO Higher Technical School in Bern and is lecturer at University of Applied Sciences and Arts of Southern Switzerland (SUPSI).
For the past seven years, he has worked in the defense industry, delving deeply into topics such as applied cryptography, secure communication, and architectures for secure systems. Previously, he concentrated on OT and IoT security issues. His certifications include CISSP, CISA, CISM, CEH, as well as various advanced training programs from a wide range of institutions in Switzerland and abroad.
